Building a Shared Direction for Primary Care in Canada
Canada delivers primary care through 14 separate federal, provincial and territorial systems. While each has its own context and priorities, a shared evidence-based direction can help strengthen primary care across the country.
CPCRC is leading the development of the first formally developed, evidence- and consensus-based pan-Canadian primary care strategy. Under the direction of CPCRC Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Sabrina Wong and led by Dr. Monica Aggarwal, the strategy will provide a shared reference that jurisdictions can adapt to their own needs and priorities.
